We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for your first visit. During this extra time, we will scan your photo ID and insurance card as well as ask you to fill out our new patient paperwork. For your convenience, you may click here to download the paper work in advance, and review our appointment checklist for a list of items to bring with you. Before you see the doctor, we will verify your insurance benefits and referral status as well as collect your co-payment. Please review the Insurance and Financial Information section below for additional information.
After the administrative work is complete, you will be taken back to see Dr. Hudson. During your consultation he will discuss your condition and make recommendations. Please feel free to ask questions throughout your appointment.
We strive to keep our wait times to a minimum, but sometimes encounter unforeseen circumstances. Please allow approximately an hour for your appointment from start to finish.
